Neither Illusions Nor Delusions?

“I have neither illusions nor delusions, Doctor. My problem is that I exist day after day in grim reality.”

I apologise if you find this too true to be funny, but reading it with a wry smile has got me through some difficult patches of my own grim reality, and I include it in the hope that it might help someone else.
